Payment Terms

Order Payment

Full payment for goods is required at the time of order to confirm and begin production. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all payment methods available at checkout through Shopify, including major credit cards.

Net Terms

Net payment terms (up to Net 30) may be offered to established wholesale accounts at our discretion, based on order history and account standing. Net terms are not available to new or first-time accounts. If eligible, terms will be arranged directly with our team.

Currency

All wholesale pricing and invoices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is billed separately from your order payment. Because orders are produced to order, we're unable to quote an exact freight cost upfront. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, we will invoice you for the actual carrier cost. This invoice must be paid before your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Sales Tax

Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be added to your order based on your shipping destination, where required by law.

Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, your order will be placed on hold until a valid payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unpaid after [X days].
