Ordering + Minimums

How to Order

Kate Hewko wholesale is application-only. To get started, submit an application through our wholesale site. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you'll receive access to log in and place orders using the email address you applied with.

Opening Order

To place your first order once approved, a minimum purchase of $750 CAD (pre-tax) is required. This helps us ensure every new stockist has a strong initial assortment to launch with.

Reorder Minimum

Once your account is established, subsequent orders have a minimum of $250 CAD (pre-tax).

Order Confirmation & Payment

Full payment for goods is required at the time of order to confirm and begin production.

Please note: shipping is billed separately. Because our orders are produced to order, we're unable to quote an exact freight cost upfront — you'll be invoiced for actual shipping cost once your order is complete and ready to ship. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
